Brief note. Decanted for 1h. Nice aromas of minerals, salty ocean spray, ripe apples and herbs. Gala apples on palate with loads of minerals, a bit of bitter pith. Excellent acids. Finishes with nice minerals and grapefuit pith. Liked this a fair amount.
