Sinegal Sauvignon Blanc Details

Nice light and floral nose with melon and citrus notes on the palate. Paired exceptional with some Easter appetizers and the starter wine before we graduated into wines that had more oak treatment. My lone bottle purchased at K&L wines on a whim a while back. It was delicious.

An elegant and smooth sauvignon blanc. Lime with mineral and floral notes, the acidity but far from biting.

Wow, this is a wonderful light, tasty, did I say light Sauvignon Blanc! Will always work on a warm summer eve!

This the worst SB above the $15 range I have tasted. Starts with a nice honeysuckle, melon then turns harsh throat burn! Doesn't compare to Whitehaven which is rated lower. So disappointed, I was expecting so much more from Sinegal.

As good or better than I remember, white peach, mango, melon, pear—crisp, but not sharp, just the right amount of acid. Perfect compliment to flounder and smashed potatoes.

It was a little lighter and less acidic then I would have liked. Not a bad wine but nothing I would go out and search for at that price point.
