The palat is quite broad with creamy and rounded texture showing medium-to-full body structure. Mild acidity, pleasant fruitness and minerality together with hints of fresh butter. Good freshness and medium length finish. Drinkable today, pair it with octopus salad, fresh salmon, lobster spaghetti and seafood in general.
