{screwcap, 12%, AP 08 11} Deep yellow/mid gold. Cap unscrewed with a pop. Spritzy character to the acid on opening. Fairly broad flavours; yellow fruits, squash, stewed apple. Hint of cinnamon richness, although I think that's more from age than sweetness. Label doesn't actually say 'trocken' though, and I must say there's almost enough lusciousness to call this off-dry. Medium weight, tropical paw-paw and apple richness. Nicely preserved by the screwcap, but I think at peak now.
