Medium body, pale golden colour, 13.5 abv. Elegant orchard fruits and hay aroma. Modestly creamy, apricots, pears and green apples palate following by green almond and lime acidity on finish of good length. Fresh, crisp and balanced wine. Food friendly, well pairing to grilled salmon. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Open half an hour ahead. Drink now and for the next 3 years.

General Italian tasting (121 BC, Sydney) : On the nose the wine has muted pear and peach notes, slight thyme and sage and hints of elderflower. In the mouth there is medium plus acidity with little fruit flavour - some subtle unripe pear - and savoury and finishes slight bitter. The texture is quite rich though and persists in the mouth
