Maybe a touch of sweetness; acidity good and that helps; reasonable orchard fruit; refreshing on a hot evening.

sweet toasty sparkler, near undrinkable on its own but ideal sweetness as a mixer. put some fresh OJ in it and you got an adult fanta.

Sweet and not balanced. Easy pass.

Part of a large tasting. Light rose color. Strawberry, minerals, bread, vanilla, peach, orange and citrus aromas. Lots of flavors with peach, orange, citrus, minerals and brioche. Smooth with medium acidity. Seemed a little on the sweet side.

This stuff is garbage and for the sweet tooth. Cloyed fruit, and floral notes. Short finish and lacks acidity.

Crisp, but sweet, grapes, minerals in finish.

Special celebration. Our style towards sparkling wine leans a little to the sweeter side than dry. Light and delicate, white peach and a little clover honey. However, not too sweet. Medium finish, and easy drinking. Not the most technical sparkling wine, but suitable for our tastes and expectations. We always have a bottle in the cellar.

Too sweet for me, finishes with a very Rieslingesque wjite peach note. It was bought for mimosas and it works for theme

Too sweet for my taste

Enjoyed this in 2023, after the 2017 drink-by date. Not a lot of fizz but still a pleasant taste. It should be noted that my preference to champagne would be a grand cru or an Asti.

Yeast, faint apple nose; sweet, sugary flavor. Is a demi sec so…

Do not see a vintage. Labelled "slightly sweet" - 3% Dosage which is Sec? To me, more Riesling like fruity than sweet. Strong peach skin flavor and fuzzy skin texture, to be liked or not. Idiosyncratic as a sparkler.

Creamy perlage. Med yellow in color with gold hue. Med + intensity lemon drop, peach, vanilla, honey and minimal brioche notes from 18 mos of aging. Medium sweet, it has nice acidity and complexity. Med alcohol (12.5%). A perfect pairing for vanilla wedding cake, Italian cream cake, lemon pound cake or similar desserts which would otherwise clash with typical Bruts, with spicy Asian cuisine or with salty appetizers.

Our daily-drinker/sparkler. A little sugar. Good QPR. Good for French 75 topper too.

Actually made it through a whole bottle of sparkling. Just not our cup of tea here. When chilled, this was like fizzy apple juice...maybe with a bit more body. Sweetness was there, so this clearly had some sugar. It became a bit more honeyed maybe as it warmed. It was a nice gift that we rang in the New Year with, despite Omicron's ongoing wrath.

A bit of residual sugar is not a flaw. Tasty wine, enjoyed by all at our festive dinner.

Def too sweet on it's own - but suitable for mimosas -- which is what we drank it with!

Somewhat sweet but pleasant enough. Much better than the NV Brut. Went well with New Year's day snacks, pork and sauerkraut.

Its a straightforward, inoffensive sparkler. Very smooth and a great choice for an any occasion sipper, Aperol spritz, French 75 and mimosa.

Always a solid sparkling wine. I hate dry sparkling and I don’t like a lot of cuvée because it’s too sweet but this one has the perfect balance I am looking for. Hard to find! A lot of stores have the Brut but not the cuvee! Yum. Add a splash of pomegranate or OJ for more fun!
