Would definitely guess Roussanne if served blind or maybe a blend. Waxy qualities among ripe pear and apple combo with a touch of florals. Rich body that doesn't quite marry to the acidity. Or maybe the acidity just isn't up to the task. Generous fruit for a 12% wine from CA. On the simpler side and nothing like a Riesling at this point.
