Madew Pinot Noir Madew

Well worth keeping the past few years. Quite brown-red colour and thin looking. Smells quite like Burgundy pinots, rather than Aussie ones and tastes that way too. Initially, tasted a little thin and acidic. As it breathed and warmed a little, it improved greatly. The next day, the nose was much more fruity and deep, without the harsher alcohol notes present yesterday. On the palate, it's now much fuller, deeper and richer, with cherry, spice and stewed fruit.
