Chandler Reach Vineyards Cabernet Franc Parris

Shockingly good. This was totally unexpected based on other vintages from this producer. Medium body with blackberry and current flavors set against an intense but smooth acidic backbone. Long finish. I wish I had more in the cellar.

I decided I would open my lowest CT scored wine tonight. This had one review and 50 points due to brett. My bottle had no brett. Ink black and super concentrated. Sweet rich black fruit that hits your palate instantly. Not at all jammy. Excellent acid to balance the sweetness. 45 sec length. I rarely like big concentrated wines like this, but I am going to find some more bottles. I think this could last many more years.
