Cor. After first taste I thought it might be stewed. But by the second taste I loved it. unctuous and long. A big surprise.

One of the best Shiraz I have had in a long time with brooding depth and silky smooth finish. Definitely the top Barossa Shiraz I have ever tried. Cannot wait to try more of Peter Lehmann's wines.

A youthful purple to red in colour. The nose has plum , cedar, cooked prunes and a rich lift from quality new oak. The fruit is well defined on the palate and ranges between blackberry and ripe plum, the mid to back palate has excellent oak influences adding to the wines complexity. The finish shows good structure and length. Review Link - www.winereviewer.com.au (drink by 2016)

A slightly developed red in colour, the nose is a restrained expression of Barossa with plummy black fruits and background oak. The wine is decidedly peppery with red currant and olive that complement the soft and round tannins. The finish has drying red fruits, the oak a little sweet when contrasted against the secondary fruit flavours. Review Link - www.winereviewer.com.au (drink from 2013-2024)
