Mine was still sparkling! Popped and poured, we both thought that the bubbles added a dryness and brought out a bit of raisin. Prefer the still vidal. Put it in an ice bucket for an hour. Much better but not thinking the bubbles have anything to add.

Absolutely wonderful. Rich sweetness with lots of bubbles. No sign of oxidation. I've had this bottle lying down in my refrigerator, waiting for an important event, for a very long time.

Quite possibly one of the best ice wines tasted (of many). Few bubbles left, but what was left added just the right spark. Deep color. Flavors very concentrated. Probably near it peak, but showed zero hint of oxidation, so it may last quite a bit longer. Too bad I have no more bottles.

Light gold hue that glitters with the bubbles. Vibrant bouquet of honey, citris peel, and crispy bacon. Creamy, extremely sweet but balanced with perceptible acidity. Good weight and viscocity. Unexpectedly long finish!

Pizza Night! : Light and floral. Lots of sweetness, but a nice balance and made lighter by the bubbles. The Vidal twang made it a great match with a vanilla cake.
