The Bruery Rubus Cipres

Knocked this down on the Mrs.' birthday, and was pleased to find that it was still holding up as expected! Like in my original taste in December, the sour was restrained enough that the marionberries were able to shine through, adding their own unique tartness but also enough sweetness to counterbalance the sour. I'd like to think this would have continued to age gracefully, but since I'm out of bottles, I'll just be glad that it treated me as well …
