Dupont-Tisserandot Fixin Les Treuilles

Blue Fruit and some mushroom on the nose, forest floor with balanced fruit and acid and spice around the edges - excellent fixin character and drinking very nicely and still with some time to build.

volatile whiff, some fruit under, became more stemmy with tomato-feta pasta, balance wasn't great - fair acidity and a touch bitter, not bad, but certainly not worth the money, would not buy again
