Tawny port shows the usual caramel color in the glass. Chocolate overtones are palpable but not overpowering- port has old leather, dust, cassia notes. Lovely chocolate pairing.

Name is changed to Chocolatier. And actually, if I was going to drink a chocolate flavored tawny, it would be this one.

OK for what it is, a dessert wine.

The wine follows its description perfectly well, a port infused with chocolate. The chocolate comes across integrated into the wine tasting like it has belonged all along. It does overwhelm anything else from the wine itself, but that is to be expected from just the name! Very smooth, not overly rich, easy to have more than on glass. Like another taster said, you will either love or hate this "wine". We loved it!

Odd. This is an Australian Tawny Port with "chocolate" added -- a taste you will either love or hate. For me the chocolate taste seemed chalky and artificial -- a little like poor quality coco powder. Not my thing but I can imagine a sizable audience for it. 16.5% alco (D 3.5, DeV)
