3 hour decant. So I'm officially giving up the Dão (the wine, not the Lao Tsu!). They just always seem to disappoint - there's some background note there almost always jangling in my mouth - a sour, or that "bready" thing, or something - this got OK, but I won't be sad when the bottle is empty.
