Pott Wine Sémillon Bavarian Lion Vineyard Knights Valley

This bottle really has come into its own. Not clawing or heavy, but sweet and full bodied. Highly recommended. I am the primary holder of this wine in cellar tracker. I recommend purchasing it you get the chance.

Just like Tokay. Sweet with ample fruit. Not clawing. Not overly sweet. Apricots and orange with a bit of honey. The wine has some Sauvignon blanc which makes it somewhat drier and less sweet than a straight semillion wine. I preferred it chilled. A nice change and went well with the mocha and neutella based ice cream cake.
