Just got home from Nags Head and needed a cold white. Decent although a little heavy on the oak. Otherwise good balance.

Very nice, well-balanced Chardonnay. needed a day to open-up in bottle (second day much more balanced and smooth). Nice notes of pear, honey, and vanilla with hints of apple and oak. Not too fruity and unbalanced like the unfortunate un-oaked chards or like the butter-bombs. Definitely worth the price point, and could probably find it cheaper in a less boutique location.
