Monkish Beats is Infinite

Double IPA with Galaxy hops. canned 7/26/18, kept in fridge for past month. 8.3% abv. pours a rich hazy golden color, minimal head. Nose very aromatic, guava and papaya, lightly hoppy nose. Palate carries through with the guava/papaya flavors, rich body with orange rind note, lightly hoppy finish, hint of pine per J. Great balance, still drinking very well right now, love the tropical fruit flavor, the hoppiness is perfectly judged. Very very nice. 93 pts
