Similar note to previous. In summary, medium-light weight red fruit dominant, pleasant Merlot. Namely strawberry, raspberry with plum skin and coffee touches. Less fine than Ronco dell'Angelo, but less expensive as well. In common, the fact that this can be enjoyed without food as it is light and refreshing enough. I preferred it this time than last - the extra few months probably helped. A pleasant experience, though nothing to write home about. 87-88 Best on day one.

Nice medium ruby-garnet colour. On the nose, aromas of red fruits like strawberries and raspberries, touch of plums with a coffee-toasted finish. On the palate, the attack is medium to light bodied, with a frank and "fringant" attack followed by the fruit perceived on the nose as well as a toasted note.
