GT Wine Tope Tasting Barossa Shiraz (8 Danks street, Sydney) : clay and fresh mud, concentrated black fruit, a little ink and black tea on the nose. It's juicy but the fruit is kind of too sweet for the palate, perhaps there is a touch of residual sugar here? Meh.
