Pale golden hue reminiscent of champagne. On the nose, notes of waxy, citrus fruit; fragrant but not overwhelming. Muted but pleasant on the palate - steely, crisp citrus fruits and a hint of melon, with buttery undertones. Medium finish. Paired well with chicken chasseur and root vegetable mash. Enjoyable.

Reebok Food and Wine Tasting Nose – Apple, Peach Palate – Peach, acid finish, lychee, quite a short finish. Very nice none the less. Matched with Salt & Pepper Squid with Chilli & Coriander Sauce – the best wine match of the evening.

Det Goda Köket Food and Wine fair : Aromatic with green, flowery notes and pear. Fresh and fruity, reminicent of a good Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Drink immediately.
