86% Cab Franc 14% Merlot from Bates Ranch. Opened this w/Joe Manekin @ Terroir in SF. Difficult to tell color as it was pretty dark. Cork showed staining with wine almost to the top but the wine was sound. Closed aromas at first with bright cherry and cranberry flavors and definitely tart.
