Delightfully pure, medium sweet, nice as an aperitif, and with goat's cheese. Has lasted very well and with no sign of decline.

Still great. The CDT website recommends drinking within 5 years but that seems conservative. I think the acid is fading a bit which makes it very easy drinking but less of a match to strong food. The musty canned fruit aroma is very inviting and hints at more sweetness than you get on the palate.

Perfect example of Alsace PG imo. Off dry but not sugary. Still some good acidic zing to keep it fresh. I like these better with a bit of age and 5 years is tasting pretty good.
