Quite a solid bottle with interesting evolution throughout the night. Initially the nose (and palate) give off complex bready, brioche and yeast notes. While initially dry, with time and air some sweetness and ripe apple flavors emerge. Worked perfectly as an aperitif and even more enjoyable pairing with the initial courses of the meal.
