Decent organic Chianti. Dark cherry with hints of oak and cassis. Slightly chewy tannins and bold acidity blend well with the dark fruit. Long enjoyable finish with dark cherry and spice giving a rich complex wine. Enjoyed with lobster ravioli in a tomato based sauce.
