Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Tangy citrus fruit. Some mineral. This is starting to open up and become more interesting. Not much when I popped and poured. Even whites can benefit from some air. Some interesting honey notes on the mid palate. Some nutty notes.

Best after an hour open in the bottle, or a short decant. Don't drink too cold. Lemon, starfruit, grapefruit, orange blossom, and tropical fruit (after it warms up). Just right acidity. We had with baked bluegill, kale cole slaw, and asparagus, but I can see this working with many foods. Great Sauv. Blanc QPR for $14. My first Italian SB.
