Appearance: Medium. This has a true ruby color. Nose: Medium-pronounced, with aromas of canned cherries, gasoline, strawberries, and cloves. Palate: Off-dry, with low-medium acidity, and low tannins. The body is medium, with flavors of red cherries, rose, red candy, and hints of raspberry. The length is short-medium. Overall: A typical Languedoc wine with a nice, easy-drinking quality. It doesn’t need food, and it’s very Beaujolais in its approach. For the price, this is a great choice and went very well …
