�Georgian Wine� (non-blind), wine 9. The wine was dark ruby, almost purple in colour and offered a fruity nose of dark berries, dark cherry and tea as well as mild earthy and mild vegetal notes. On the palate the wine showed sour fruit flavours, red and dark berries, cherry and earthy notes, complemented by a smoky rubber component, with slightly too prominent acidity, medium-level tannin and average length. Elevage traditionnel g�orgien en qvevri, il rappelle le chocolat chaud, avec des ar�mes r�sineux, des notes de sureau �galement. Tannins puissants, alcool moyen et acidit� moyenne, la texture est comme toujours surprenante pour un palais europ�en, un bel exemple, encore un c�page � d�couvrir.
