Similar to last tasting note. Nice rich fruit with standard Cab Sauv characteristics. By the end of the glass the oak and sweet character was a bit cloying.

Deep garnet hue with a nose of black plum, red roses and leather. Dry on the palate with notes of dark fruit, toasted oak, caramel and black pepper. Medium acidity and chalky tannins. Moved to a meatier, earthy aroma as it opened up.

This is a light-bodied but very pleasant wine. Aroma is relatively intense compared to the light body in the glass. Flavors of cherry and plum predominate with a slightly darker finish. Little tannin. For drinking now.
