A very favorite natural pet nat. Off dry and lovely with spicy food.

Certified organic Solaris hybrid grapes, with all natural yeasts. Frizzante. With a slightly sloppy disgorge, it is hazy, med straw in color. Clean, med (+) aromas of green apple, white blossom, peach, grapefruit, lime, passion fruit and other tropical fruit. Dry, but very fresh and juicy. Med (+) to high acidity and med to med (-) alcohol (12%). Very pleasant and thirst-quenching. Surprisingly tropical given its mountain origins. Definitely worth trying. Drink now, not intended for aging.

Tasted at the lovely Italian restaurant Pré de Costa (Armentarola-San Cassiano, Alta Badia); perfectly dry, friensly mousse and quite a bite.

Nice and fresh, correctly dry, but a bit too vivid due to a heavy mousse.

Tasting note 2,000, warp 2, hopely fast enough to avoid the Borg (they don't like good wine). For this memorable note I have chosen the wine that impressed me most during my skiing holidays in Alta Badia. In restaurant Pre de Costa (Armentarola) I have tasted two glasses of this super elegant brut rosé with a very subtile mousse and a very balanced taste with a surprising hint of cocoa followed by a super elegant finish; lovely stuff (only € …

Very pleasant sparkling wine - great for any occasion - especially the rose' -and love that label with the woodcut by Albrecht Durer!
