Darn fun little drinker that went perfectly with feta and mint meat balls. Spiced with Za'tar too. Chilled. Perfect bitter twang.

Very pretty with a high toned orange zest on the nose. Bright and fresh on the palate, but with an Italian tang. Fennel pollen. Even better chilled. Fun stuff.
