This wine had an amazing aroma that filled our entire kitchen. I think I just stood there and smelled it for 15 minutes. The flavors on the palate were dark cherry cola, cassis, and dark chocolate. The midpalate was filled with sour cherry. The only problem with this bottle was the lack of tannin structure. It was rather flabby on the finish because of the lack of tannins.
