May be this was drunk at that lucky perfect window. It was one of the best whites I had tasted for a long time. Better than all the white burgundies, Kistlers, Auberts, HDVs or Marcassins in recent memory

Golden color. Honeysuckle, green apple, persimmon on palate. Long finish. More California than Burgundy, but still very elegant. Enjoy.

Tasted side by side with Arista El Diablo chardonnay 2018. Similar chardonnay characteristics and treatment. This is more elegant and less hedonistic than the El Diablo and it has some saline minerality on the finish.

Delicious Chard from Ritchie Vineyard. Lots of citrus (lemon) on the nose and initial palate. Brioche and toasted coconut on mid palate. Oak presence but not overdone. Bright acidity. Intertwined nicely. Medium weigh mouthfeel
