Served on BA First Class cabin on flight to USA. Unfortunately, oxidized, cloudy and brown!

By the glass at the BA lounge LHR. No clues as to when this was opened but half bottle level. A nice surprise and had a lot of classical elements to it, good wine and although lacking a touch of depth still was a solid performer. We liked the evolution, not pushed and good use of oak. Showing a good secondary side too. 88

Blind tasting of Grand Cercle wines 2011 vintage: Part I (Château Bellefont-Belcier) : Somewhat hard tannin yet again… fruit is there, red, but just ripe enough to battle the high acidity, too. Finish is a touch abrupt. Hmmmm.

Flowers, black raspberry and earthy notes with medium body and a bright, dry cherry finish. 87-89 Pts
