Domaine Recrue des Sens Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Manon

Three years has done wonders for this cuvee, though another 3 would be ideal. Finally the fruit is able to stand up to the heavily reduced nose, and there's enough acidity to keep the whole package moving. Not the most complete midpalate but a delicious example of aged natural Burgundy.
