Medium+ nose of rose, dried red cherry, cherry syrup, dried raspberry, cinnamon, hint of carbonic and cedar notes, and forest floor. Notes of hawthorn emerged with time. Medium+ acidity, medium fine-grained and fully resolved tannins, and medium+ mineral finish. Oldest Burgundy I’ve ever had and still mindblowingly fresh and emerge, really underscoring the importance of provenance.
