Cave des Clairmonts Crozes-Hermitage Classique Blanc

Tasting with Elissa (The Lobby) : Bees wax with quite muted stone fruit (especially peach) underpinned by herbs and cream…a little bitter and muted from a flavour perspective but fleshy and juicy. More in the savoury than the fruit spectrum. Little non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the medium plus length. Quite pleasant but a drink up reasonably soon for me.
