On the palate, dry, very high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of juicy black cherries, blackberries, dark red cherries, brambles, dark spice, meat and earth in background. …

Extremely tannic even after 24 hours of air. Wait a decade, at least. Plenty of complementary red fruit and acidity.
