This product is singular. It is tomato-ey: sweet, savory, and begging for salt and basil. It is also Laurent Cazottes-ey: an ambitious goal overdelivered on by way of extravagant precision from planting to bottling. I’ll stick to my tomatoes with salt and Goutte de Prunelart; this offering was not for me.

Pour VRAIMENT sortir de l'ordinaire, un bijou cette concoction! La robe est Rose-orangé pâle avec une teinte saumonée. Le nez est envoutant! On sent bien la tomate ainsi qu'un peu de boisé, assez surprenant. EN bouche, WOW! C'est frais et franc de gout. Bel équilibre entre légèreté/finesse et son côté moelleux, gourmand et riche.
