Drinking very well; tannins still detectable so will let it air out. Full bodied, Balanced dark fruit. Quite powerful with a long finish.

An enjoyable bottle. The fruit is muted and balanced with the tannin. Not sure it will get better so now is a good time to drink up

Very food friendly, went well with a variety of dishes. Dark fruit, medium to full body, good tannins and moderate acidity. Long finish.

Pop and pour. Drank over about an hour. Very neat, and imminently drinkable, wine. My wife really liked it. It did not have as much power or depth as the 2014 Matt Morris charbono (which I understand is from a different vineyard (Shypoke)) we enjoyed the night before, but was also about half the price and plenty tasty. This was very food friendly and both of us would be happy to pop this any time.
