nose of white peaches and grapefruit. wonderful with a baked pan of salmon, orzo, asparagus and a pot of chinese pot sticker vegetable soup. perfect paring.

Medium straw-gold colour. Lots of apricot in aroma with a bit of a dry herbal note. Lots of body and very little acidity (not the best as a stand-alone sipper). A little bit of a sherry tinge to it, more in the lengthy aftertaste. Paired extremely well with beef kofta and a spicy yogurt sauce.
