Deregard-Massing Champagne Grand Cru Brut Réserve

First time with this house. Served cold from the fridge. Nice medium to medium dark rose blush color. Cork came out with a bang. Very effervescent carrying over to the glass. Medium body. Tart, but not over. Light alcohol (12.5%). Yeast and acid initially, then fruit, finishing a bit less enjoyablely Brut, toward extra brut dry. There are others I prefer at this price, but I would give another bottle a go.

En ung, fräsch champagne med solmogen frukt, bra balans, läcker syra och inslag av äpple, jordgubbar, päron, blommor, ljus choklad och mineraler. En cuvée på 60% chardonnay och 40% pinot noir. Produktion: cirka 20 000 buteljer per år. Drick 11-15.
