Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent pale gold tan -expressive floral warm spice slight muscat note -med+ acidity slices through the otherwise viscous soft textured generous med/med- weight stony floral saline spice finishes with faintly bitter herb -brilliant complex and delicious, this has been such an amazing find

Tasted over 1.5 hrs -translucent light gold faint green -fairly complex fresh sweet floral -med/med+ acidity, med- weight mineral saline brown spice super intense sappy finish -vermentino-like features and excellent complexity, very good though somewhat different from December

This wine is a delight. It went beautifully with a mushroom and leek risotto. It has a little effervescence, some citrus, a little apple, but really stays focused on lively Minutolo grape. This would be pleasing as the weather heats up.

Tasted over 3 hrs -translucent pale yellow grey -markedly expressive floral muscat-like with a distinct herbal component some have described as sage (I can be persuaded of that) -med+ prickly and expansive yet gentle acidity, med- weight delicate yet focused and lively tart stony lemon base with a floral yellow fruit overtone and very slightly creamy note on the finish -an impressive, interesting and singular wine

Light in color and light overall, starts off with scents of peach and lime, tender and easy to the point of being ethereal, fantastic balance, stone, mineral, peach pit and lemon peel flavors, some saline on the finish as well, awesome!

Coravin. 100% Minutolo. Pale lemon yellow; aromatic, lychee, some tropical aromas, some sauv blanc-like grassy aromas, lemon peel; palate is medium bodied, medium acidity, dry, medium alcohol (12.5%), easy drinking; finish is medium length. An excellent value white, with an aromatic profile combination unlike any other grape that I've tried. I definitely see the relation to Moscato, but also in many ways its own thing. Kind of a cross between Moscato/Riesling/Sauv Blanc in roughly that order. 90-91
