Very nice varietal character - Pinot Blanc in an expressive but elegant way. Sweet and ripe with quite good acidity, but the overall quite full mouthfeel is soft and round. Ripe pears and some spice. Fermented in 1500 wooden casks and left 5 months on lees. Organic.

Very vinous. Clean taste of sweet ripe grape with zesty acidity. Good volume, tasty. Very easy and quaffable.
