A more than decent crisp and elegant Verdejo. Aromas of green apple, honey and sweet sour candy ("zure bom" in Dutch). The taste has more green apple, galia melon, green grass, honey, and some yiesty tones. The finish is medium length and shows proper acidity and minerality. 13%, € 24,50 at Fresh Food Friends restaurant.
