Decent intensity on the nose, opens with a floral scent then peach, apricot, ripe red apple then hints of orange flavoured custard, natural yogurt abd bread crust. In the mouth is dry, the bubbles are rather exuberant, has high acidity and a pleasant savoury backbone, playful notes of citrus (blood orange, lemon and chinotto), bruised apple then green hints of flower stem and grass. Short finish with a hint of yogurt and bread dough.
