Pinot Noir from own vineyard with vine age of 5 years (Clones include MV6, 114, 115, 667, 777, 828, CL5, CL6, Fr52-86) harvested from 10-15 Oct planted in acidic and volcanic “Andosois” (unique topsoil and clay subsoil). 13.5% ABV. Hand picked and sorted, 70% destemmed and cold macerated prior to fermentation with ambient yeasts with skins for 1 month. Aged in 38% new oak barriques for 10 months.
