Vina Herminia, Vina Herminia Crianza, Rioja

Very much enjoyed. Interestingly, this came off much more classical than a previous bottle (no extracted fruit, not overly oaky).

Very nice but also very modern. Lots of fruit and oak.

Excellent QPR ! moderate bouquet of forest, evergreen; mouthfeel is moderate tannins, relatively high acidity, tart in first hour, mellowing from then on; flavors of plum, dark cherry. Smooth, clean finish.

Not a great wine, but OK. Kind of thin for a Rioja but good flavor.

An inexpensive yet delicious Rioja. Right now it only has primary red fruit flavors but I think waiting a few years on this will add complexity.

Aangenaam geurende wijn, wel wat vlak voor een Crianza maar wel heel soepel in de afdronk. Niet indrukwekkend maar wel een aangenaam glas.

Blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Garnacha. Taste of dark cherries, dried fruits and vanilla. Wonderful very smooth. My wife loves this wine very much ! So she gives 92 Points, I think it is 89/90, so together it's 91 Points ;)

Ruby, clear and shiny. Lighter rim. Very good. nose: red fruits, some dark flowers; generally not very intense. taste: high acidity, some tea notes. Light, bitter finish - campari like. Nothing special, too expensive.

Maybe a little darker than the 08, more autumn character to the fruit, a but richer but still with that lightly tart, dusty minerality. Structured and best with food.
