Popped from screwcap and aired in the glass ca 30 minutes. Decent nose with subtle red fruit and spicy oak. Medium bodied, smooth and supple, quite balanced, showing subtle red fruit (cherries in the fore) with decent acidity, tiny spice and a discreet mellow/meaty aspect ending with a gentle tannic grip. Overall very poised and delicious. Reminds me of the superb 2011 vintage tasted 7 years ago. Great stuff.
