Attractive ‘Südtiroler Sauvignon Blanc’ (village of Girlan, 10 km south-east of the city Bozen), light straw-yellow in color with hints of green and a vibrant nose of gooseberry, elderflower, nettles and a hint of paprika. The elegant and juicy palate shows abundant citrus- and grapefruit, a nice mineral texture and is supported by a well-balanced acidity. Delicate finish.
